David Zenn is a Vice President overseeing AION’s growing portfolio in the Eastern United States with assets of over 10,000 units and 43 properties. He is experienced in managing portfolios of lease-up and stabilized communities, as well as acquisitions, renovations, and re-positioning of assets. His responsibilities include oversight of leasing and marketing efforts, developing and presenting operating and capital budgets, along with financial analysis and reporting.

Prior to joining AION, David was Vice President of Residential New Development Operations at Edgewood Properties where he oversaw the company’s new development and lease-up portfolio. He started his career and held multiple positions with Roseland, A Mack-Cali Company, ultimately serving as Portfolio Director for the company’s New Jersey waterfront portfolio.

David graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the George Washington University’s School of Business and Public Policy. He also holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salespersons License.
