Billie-Jo Sedlacek is the Vice President of Real Estate and in her role she oversees the day to day operations of AION’s multifamily portfolio. She has over 18 years of experience in operational management and supervision of challenging conventional, value add multi-family assets in the property management industry. Prior to joining AION she was a Senior Regional Property Manager at Kettler Management, where she oversaw a portfolio of 2,300 units. Previously, she worked for Greystar as a Senior Property Manager in the Northeast Region. Prior to that, she worked as a Property Manager for Morgan Properties and RP Management, where she developed local expertise in the Greater Philadelphia multifamily market. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from Pennsylvania State University. Billie-Jo has her CAPS designation and is a member of the NAAEI Faculty. She currently serves on the Executive Council for IREM Delaware Valley Chapter and is a CPM Candidate.
