Melissa Gambuto serves as a Senior Regional Real Estate Manager for AION Management. Melissa began her property management career after graduating Cum Laude from Towson University. She brings 19 years of property management experience, joining AION Management in May 2018. Melissa is based in Baltimore, overseeing communities in Maryland and Delaware, and is accountable for all day-to-day management issues relative to her properties. In addition, she provides property performance analysis and recommendations to AION Management as well as owners and investors. Prior to joining AION, Melissa was a Regional Property Manager with Kettler Management based out of McLean, VA. Melissa holds the CPM designation.
