Melissa Sampson is currently the Regional Marketing Director for AION Management. With over 13 years of multi-family industry experience, Melissa has worked in a variety of asset-types, from affordable to conventional to student communities, managing advertising, communications, digital marketing, public relations, branding, and strategic initiatives to established assets and lease-up properties. Prior to AION, Melissa oversaw marketing efforts for Westover Companies and Altman Management, and oversaw an extensive portfolio of lease up and stabilized properties at Pennrose Management. Melissa earned her Bachelors in English from Michigan State University and her Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. She is a member of the NAAEI Faculty and a member of the PAA East Marketing Committee.
