Shane Steffy, CAM, CAPS is the Director of Training and began his career in the multi-family housing industry in 2010. Throughout his career, he has served in various onsite roles from Leasing Associate to Property Manager. His current role as Director of Training came as a desire to give back through teaching. Shane attended Millersville University of PA where he obtained his B.S. in Business Administration. He has also completed designation requirements for the CAM and CAPS through the NAA. Additionally, he is a faculty member through the NAAEI and currently a member of the PAA East Education Board.
