May 11, 2017; Baltimore, MD: AION Management and AION Partners today completed settlement proceedings for Greens at Forest Park, the combined firms’ first property under both ownership and management, after the launch of AION Management earlier this month. Located in Baltimore, Greens at Forest Park is a 190-unit community ideally located near the Beltway, I-83, and the Inner Harbor.
