December 12, 2017, Bethlehem, PA: AION Management and AION Partners today completed settlement on the acquisition of River Pointe Townhomes in Bethlehem, PA. Formerly called Lehigh Crossing, the 211-unit apartment and townhome community joins Valley Park and Lehigh Square as AION communities in the Lehigh Valley.

“River Pointe Townhomes represents a departure from our typical asset,” said AION Partners’ Managing Director Michael Betancourt. “We have traditionally worked with garden style and high-rise apartment communities, with very little history in townhomes.”

AION Management President Robin Flagler echoed Betancourt’s comments. “River Pointe is a different type of home with its townhome-style lay-out. These larger floor plans with private entries and basement areas provide our residents with a real sense of ownership in their homes.”
