December 5, 2018; Baltimore, MD: AION Management and AION Partners today finalized the settlement of Reisterstown Square Apartments in Baltimore, Maryland. The nearly 500-unit community is being rebranded as Metro Pointe Apartment Homes.

Metro Pointe offers residents a choice of one, two, and three bedroom apartments, some featuring original hardwood flooring. The community is tucked off of Reisterstown Road and offers residents an onsite pool and sundeck, clubhouse and fitness center, basketball tennis, and volleyball courts, and  a playground area.

With the acquisition of Metro Pointe, AION continues its geographic expansion into the Baltimore market.
