October 31, 2018; Philadelphia, PA: AION Management and AION Partners today completed the sale of Park Waverly Apartments. The 498-unit community was AION’s first venture into the mid-Atlantic multi-family market in 2013. Located in Philadelphia, it launched what would become the foundation of AION Management.
