The hour-long panel discussion revolved around the firm’s best practices when migrating multi-family apartment communities onto the Entrata platform.

“When we started AION Management, we migrated 22 properties over the course of a one-month period,” Flagler said. “Most of our team members had utilized the Entrata software before, which made the transition easier for Sage, who was our only Entrata ‘expert’ at that point. When Shane and Melissa came on in January, our process continued to be refined, and our migrations have become smooth experiences.”
