May 2, 2018; Belleville, NJ: AION Management and AION Partners today announced the acquisition of The Woodlands, a 404-unit apartment community located outside of Newark, NJ and a short commute to Manhattan. Formerly known as Branch Brook Gardens, The Woodlands represents AION’s northern-most community and our closest asset to the combined firms’ New York offices.
