Lisa has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment Industry. As the Vice President of Human Resources for AION Management, she is responsible for leading the human resources department, with a focus on development, recruitment, talent acquisition and employee relation strategies that represent the organization’s culture and values.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Lisa contributes directly to long and short-term strategic objectives of the company while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She oversees all HR programs and initiatives that enhance the employee and resident experience with leaders across the organization.

Prior to joining AION Management, she was the Director of Culture & Engagement for Valley Forge Casino Resort for nine years, overseeing 1,000+ employees. Furthermore, she developed her career in various leadership and management roles with 30 years of experience for Caesars Entertainment within Human Resources and Table Games across four properties.
