Cheryl Gleason is the HR Director at AION Management, LLC, where she is involved in all human resource functions of the Company, including the administration of group benefits, payroll, workman’s comp, employee issues, FMLA, and the Company’s 401k plan. Cheryl joined AION in 2017 with over 10 years of Human Resources experience in the property management field. Prior to joining, she was the Human Resources Manager at Resource Investments from 2007 until 2017.  She also has held various positions in the accounting and property management field before joining the HR profession. Cheryl holds a PHR certification from HRCI and an Associate’s degree in Accounting.
