Colleen Bruni is currently a Regional Vice President at AION Management, where she is responsible for operations and financial performance of over twenty properties and nearly 6,000 units in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Colleen has over ten years of property management experience. She started with AION Management in 2017 as a Regional Real Estate Manager when the management company was established and was promoted in 2021 to the Regional Vice President role. Prior to AION, Colleen began her career with Greystar as a leasing associate, then was promoted to assistant property manager, eventually joining Kettler where she was promoted to a multi-site property manager. Colleen has experience with creating policies and procedures, undergoing substantial capital improvement projects, and has a proven record of increasing financial performance of her portfolio. Colleen was named AION’s Regional Real Estate Manager of the year in 2017 and received AION’s award for best regional portfolio financial performance in 2020. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Gwynedd-Mercy University and holds NAA’s CAM designation and IREM’s ARM designation.
