David oversees all service and maintenance operations across AION Management’s portfolio. Previously, he was the Northeast Regional Service Manager at Kettler Management. He was largely focused on the preparation of annual capital budgets and preparations of scopes of work and vendor contracts/service agreements. Prior, he was the Regional Maintenance Manager at Resource Residential and also has experience as a Senior Service Manager at AION’s largest multifamily property, Overlook at Flanders. David also has additional experience at other firms including Pennrose Management, Arbor Management, and ADIDA.
