Eric Chilton, Regional Vice President, is currently responsible for the global operations and financial growth of all assets throughout Maryland, Virginia along with areas of Delaware and Pennsylvania. Eric joined AION Management is August 2020 as a Regional Real Estate Manager overseeing communities throughout the State of Maryland. He was promoted in January 2021 to Senior Regional Real Estate Manager overseeing all assets in Maryland and Virginia. With over 25 years of property management experience, he has managed affordable and market-rate housing to include lease-ups, value add and student communities. Eric has achieved various awards throughout his career to include Property Manager and Community of the Year with Maryland Multi Housing Association and served on the Board of Directors with this organization. He also achieved the Humanitarian of the Year award with a previous employer due to his work with the Baltimore County Foster Care System. Eric has earned his CAM, CAPS and COS certifications throughout his career and is currently a CPM candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
