January 29, 201; Philadelphia, PA: As we move into the New Year, AION Management is excited to announce several promotions and key new hires to our leadership team.

Caroly Laskey joins the AION team as multi-site manager for Liberty Pointe and Liberty Square in Newark, Delaware. She brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

Jamie Sellers has been promoted to oversee our Burlington, NJ properties of Burlington Pointe and Orchard Park. Burlington Pointe is one of AION’s newest properties, and we are embarking on an extensive renovation process at the property that Jamie will oversee.

Both Colleen Bruni and Ashley Moeller have been promoted to full-time Regional Real Estate Managers. Colleen’s portfolio will include our Delaware and Maryland properties, while Ashley will oversee central and western Pennsylvania.

David Killiri has been promoted to VP of Service Operations. This is a well-deserved advancement of his career as he is a vital part of our operations.

Melissa Sampson comes on board as Regional Marketing Director, bringing a wealth of knowledge of both Entrata and Marketing.

Finally, Shane Steffy rounds out our team as Training Director and will be handling our internal Entrata Help Desk while acclimating our site teams to the system.
